Aside from 'Land of the Dead' and 'April Fools Day', I hated...
House on Haunted Hill.
The really dumb remake was just that: dumb. Especially the part where the ghost of the guy who owned the house managed to manifest and free them. It completely ruined what was already a very poor movie.
