For creepy movies I like orchestrated themes and then random sound like some piano here and there and then a little percussion slamming in there and quickly dissapearing. Most of Carpenter's stuff worked well with his movies. Zombie put together a good soundtrack for Devil's Rejects too. For though most part though I like original scores and not liscensed stuff. Oh, in Fallen when they're singing Time is on My Side and it's going from person to person, I LOVED that. Hmmm what else. Falling to Pieces in Phantoms was well used too.
