Krug, if for no other reason than that he fucking carved his name into Mary's chest. That's totally one of the most dickish things I've seen in a movie.

In the same vein, the "villain" in Oldboy. When he gave Dae-su Oh the remote to his pacemaker and Oh pushed the button...I was just like "holy shit, what an asshole." I mean, literally, I said that out loud (with a smile on my face).

Frank in Once Upon a Time in the West. The character its self isn't particularly better/worse than other villains, I just put him towards the top because of Fonda's fucking amazing performance. Plus, we get to see HENRY FONDA KILLING CHILDREN! That'd be like Tom Hanks playing a guy who rapes a nun to death or something. I mean, he just shot him. Holy shit.

John Doe in Se7en.

Spoiler warning for the next one.

Leonard in Memento. I know, he's not really the "villain" of the movie, he's the protagonist, but here's my reasoning (and why there's a spoiler warning). "Teddy" didn't kill his wife. Sure, Teddy was a prick, and had him kill other peoples who ALSO didn't kill his wife, and was taking advantage of Leonard's condition to do so, but Leonard did both of these things to kill Teddy, and one could argue that Teddy was doing what he was doing out of genuine friendship to Leonard. Leonard did what he did out of spite and anger towards Teddy. So, really, Leonard could be considered just as much of a villain in the movie as anybody.
