"Grotesque" (
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095256/) has one of the worst endings I have ever seen. It turns out that the whole movie I just watched was a movie within a movie, with a werewolf and frankenstein fake projecting it for the audience.
Apart from the ending though, the movie was great.
