why would an employer object to shrimp fighting with forks - i mean i know its brutal but, hell, millions of people actually EAT shrimp on a daily basis - yes i know how sick that is.
besides, if a woman attending a shrimp fight gets excited and takes her shirt off - well that's just a "heat of the moment" kind of thing
