Just make sure you say what you gotta say to all parties involved, and move on. Whatever emotional "pain" you may be experiencing will become less significant with time, try not to let incidents in your past bias your opinions, or influence all your decisions towards your future, just let it guide you, and make you aware of others, yourself, and the knowledge that things don't always go as you'd hoped.
Learn to see potential, in both good and bad ways...become a more perceptive person. This may happen time and again, each time, a learning experience...whether or not you use it in a beneficial or detrimental way, is up to you.

Now I feel like a schmuck.:p Personally, I do know that hating someone is a waste of my valuable time. So, how do you come to terms with a very powerful state of being, in this case hate, when it's such a part of your life?
