There has to be a scene like that. Wasn't there a scene where guy was locked up and seeing bugs and shit crawling on his arm and the doctor handed him a straight razor to cut them off. But when he was cutting, the camera showed him cutting a bugless arm, but from his viewpoint, he would see like ants, worms, beetles or something along those lines. At least that's what I recall.
