Nova, you're right...the physical aspect of aging definately isn't pleasant ;) However, as we age, we gain insights etc that are invaluable...there are benefits that cannot be gained from youth:)
Mags-So true...I try to tell myself to live in the moment, and enjoy it...but it's definately something that's hard for me to do. I feel as though I'm always looking toward the future, and by doing so...I end up rushing parts of my life away...it's something I'm trying to get a grip on, and learn how to handle better :)
