I only started watching horror movies about three years ago, but when I was little, I used to be babysat by my next door neighbors, who were big horrorfreaks. They used to always watch the Child's Play movies, and, of course, I was scared shitless of Chucky (I was about 5 when all this went down). My parents knew about this, but for some reason, still made me go to their house. And yes, they hated when the babysitter's used to put in the horror flicks when I was there. It's still a mystery to me today, but it was one of those sparks that got the fuse going.
Facts: I remember always hiding behind the couch shriveled in a little ball every time I went over; The older brother had a Freddy Krueger doll that I was afraid of, but he got me over that fear, which is pretty ahocking because he was one of those kids who used to always pick on me and other little kids. I guess he had a heart after all.
