They are all "actors" and the actor mentioned is called Perry Pirkanen and went on to work in 2 more films, "City of the Living Dead" and "Cannibal Ferox".
Very hard to do if you died in the jungle and had your wang hacked off.

And all the other actors can be looked up very easily on IMDB. And why no one on this Thread has not already pointed all this out to you is a mystery.
