I think wrestling is just as much of an accepted form of deception as film, they don't advertise it as being real which is more than I can say for alot of films who are quick to slap on a ''true story'' sticker. There's even a saying in wrestling, ''This aint ballet'' which is often used by the announcers which any frequent viewer can easily translate. As far as younger fans just like with movies it's the parent's job if they see fit to explain to the kid that it's not real and not to try anything they see. So as far as the deception you keep mentioning, like I've said already it's just like movies imo, if you're old/mature enough you'll realize it's fake, if you're a young fan it's up to the parents if they see fit to explain. So again I say it's just like movies or any other tv show.
