That would have to be Fulci's girl-vomit-entrails or the bloody lawnmower-zombie death scene in "Dead Alive". But it seems I seriously need to keep an eye peeled for a copy of "Ichi The Killer" and "Guinea Pig: Flower Of Flesh And Blood". :)
