Long Island Cannibal Massacre and They Dont Cut The Grass Anymore are definetly worth checking out. They are extremely low budget and part of Nathan Schiffs Trilogy. you should also check out the third one, Weasels Rip My Flesh. Not as gory as the other 2, but still good fun.
These movies were shot with a 9mm camera and with a budget of like $200 each. pretty well done considering...
