LMAO! :D I forgot about that. Even though it's unintentionally hilarious, it's so bad it's a strain to watch that crapfest.

Budget has nothing to do with it. I've seen movies with a low budget that really made a very watchable, atmospheric film. Look at the first Gingersnaps. That was one of the best werewolf films to come around in the long time. Now that they had a larger budget the last two movies were okay at best, but rather dry. Seems that sometimes people think that the budget will make the movie, when it's the acting, storyline and scares.
