This is an injury that the only thing that will fix it is,strenghtening the muscles around the bottom of my spine,and I have to do special stretching and crunches.
But there are some days it hurts to do them.
If I got out of the house this morning and went to the gym,I would be fine-so actually it's my fault,but I like blaming someone else better:D
