Almost any war movie with graphic footage could qualify. I stay away from those though, too real!
Lots of good scenes in Riki-O which I think qualifies more as an action movie. Also if you don't count sci-fi as horror there are tons of scenes in movies like Alien and Event Horizon comes to mind. Pretty gross!
