Okay, this is going to be so vague...

I'm trying to remember the name of a book I read nearly 10 years ago, I think the title starts with an "F"? I don't remember who wrote it, or anything.

I don't remember much of the story, except for the fact that this man lived in a lighthouse. He had seen some snuff photos as a young kid & was mesmerized by them. He had gory sex/death fantasies..
