The Locals will be a piece of shit, no question about it. If sometimes you just want to rent something cheesey with maybe some peeps who are not into rape revenge, gore and supreme violence then its a perfectly adequate time killer.
Just my opinion though everyone has to actually view things for themselves to decide.
