I have a theory about that.
Guys get their hair cut shorter for most of their life...so when its still in abundance on their head, if they grow it long, it can look better, seemingly with more ease, simply because they've had so many SHORT cuts by comparison, so I dunno, it's less frail?
Whereas most chicks that have had long hair all their life have it constantly knotting, and weighing itself down, therefore it becomes weaker for one reason or another. Not to mention, girls generally use MORE hair products such as sprays and mousses, and dye by comparison too, and we all know that shit fucks with your hair. - Of course, I could be completely wrong, but I think I've figured it out....
