I tend to think of splatter/gore grind as a zombie or evil spirit back from the grave to commit heinously splattery murders, and then tell a story about it set to music. At the same time I like it to be kind of like a porno: I hate when they try to turn it into an actual story. I like a lot of senseless gory killing with the excuse of simply "I'm a rotting corpse, and Ill kill whoever the fuck I want, however the fuck I want" the same prettymuch goes for my taste in movies too: I hate it when they get too wrapped up in the story I just want splatter.
