Good lord she's just totally fucked up in the head.
As for blaming video games,movies ect....
Even if the child in question did get the idea from a game,movie or whatever it's still the parents fault because they should monitor what their kids are playing/watching. I've never seen someone be hang and beaten in a pg film or game which is the limit as to what she shoulda been able to watch/play so it all goes back to the parents being irresponsible.
