Frenzy is brilliant too. To be honest though I was a little shocked with Hitch showing not one, but two naked women!! The old spunker! It just feels different to his other films. Maybe it's because it's his first movie filmed in England for a long time I don't know. It just feels a lot more modern than the others.
I love classics, so I don't mind silent films. In fact, I just love movies period.....like you said, a great film is a great film.

I think Frenzy is fairly brutal and graphic in a lot of ways (not to mention brutally funny) and it is one of my favorite films of all time. It is certainly unique among Hitchcock's work.
