Does anyone know about or seen a film about a family who have an evil tree for a son, it keeps killing all the social workers that come round so the father ties him up and puts him in a chest in the basement,
So the daughter or a random girl tries to save it and then it escapes and ends up eating the neighbours and stuff.

It had english subtitles when i seen it but i don't know what country its from, but its not chinese or japanese, european i think but im not sure!
