I've seen and heard things but that could simply be my mind playing tricks on me.
I've also gotten that feel that someone else is in the room that feeling that you get when someone is starring at you and I was absolutely possitive no one else was home but I've never had a convincing enough encounter for me to say I'm 100% sure.
