It never did much for me. The whole drill apsect and the more macabre ideas are delivered in a sadly tame fashion.
Keith is a joy of course, as she always is, but it could have been far more nasty...sadly due to the Brit censor UK films of the 70's (although a great decade for Brit horror) never reached the nasty heights of the American Grindhouse classics.
