Really interesting concept and good attempt...I was thinking more along the lines of...
The "giant" is just a regular guy like us...Jack is the menace...He comes from some microcosm...The beanstalk is just a normal beanstalk in the "giant"'s garden...Jack's people are starving...The "magic beans" are regular beans that one of his people found...Anyway...looking for ANY solution to the starvation problem...He climbs up...Sees this guy has MASSIVE amounts of food..."Golden Eggs" becomes a metaphor based on the fact that just one goose egg could feed his entire village, thereby making them valuable...Jack kills the guy...takes his stuff...The sheriff and townspeople in our world are completely baffled...The people in Jack's subterranian world want more stuff...Huge battle with the little people insues...Much murder and mayhem...
