Oh, I agree. Terrorists should have no special rights. If they committed a crime on American soil, then they should have ONLY the rights that the laws that govern our nation allow. Many homelands of said terrorists demand that said crimminals be returned home for trial. However, we have to ask ourselves: Would that luxury be allowed to an American war crimminal in say, Teheran? I don't honestly think so.
Also, I think many historians would agree that the US and many of our long standing allies (England- good friend[up front]...maybe France, but that's because they're pussies) treat our P.O.W's much better than most nations. That may be because of "saving face," our that maybe because we're not the bastards that everyone says we are (which pisses me off. Does the world remind you of high school?).
