I'll tell you something, you twisted warped individual you: You gotta chill out, because what you're experiencing is totally normal. You may feel like you're in some kind of isolated hell, but lots of folks feel like you at least from time to time.
You're kind of on the young side, you haven't "created" your pattern of life yet nor accomplished anything much of what you'd like to do. From this perspective it all seems so damn impossible, right? Well, it's true that life's a bitch, but that's true for everyone, and wrestling through these moments of self-doubt and grim thinking, as epic as these battles seem to you, is a rite of passage for every human out there. Emotional pain is universal.
If you really are feeling totally like you're going to freak out, then perhaps seeking some help, as Haunted suggested, is a very good idea. But trust me, a lot of the bleakness of your situation exists solely in your mind, and you can train yourself, to some degree, to think and feel differently.
So goddammit, throw a little cold water on your face, fry up a couple of wombats, and relax. You've earned it.
