I don't blame you for wanting to retaliate it's human nature to want to get someone back for severly fucking with you but I don't think you should go to her level.

Confront her about it and try to talk it out and if that doesn't work then fuck her, she's your boyfriend's sister not yours, you don't have to deal with her if you don't want to. I think Rayne said it best you remove the problem you solve the problem.

I actually think your boyfriend should confront her with you. I'm not saying he should alienate his family members but if they do something like this or really anything to offend you then he should take up for you.
