I only saw the first 5 min. of Vampire Hunter D. It was still good. I used to watch Salior Moon. Can't say which anime villain is the worst. What I can say is I don't think the worst is any of the Salior Moon villains. Usually it took a long time to see the final battle and the battle itself lasted about 5-10 min.
