Let me answer this question a little differently. Can't handle the kid scenario.I couldn't even watch "Pet Sematary" when it first came out because my first born son was about the same age as the kid.
Perhaps if it was one of my best friends or maybe even my brother, I would let them turn first, then i would shoot them. Or at least beat them about the head with a blunt object.
