In interesting philosophical issue is raised here, I think. "Tangible" means something that has a physical form, that you can touch. Technically, emotions aren't tangible. But anyone who's had 'em will probably agree that, indefinable as they are, they're real.
I believe that these spamtrolls, as I call 'em, cause real violence--but it's emotional--it's the type that doesn't draw blood.
