[Gren the cake]

i like this stuff. i think it has a better texture than just plain white bread, and its just better nutritionally i believe. something about fiber too. i havent had white bread in years...

ANYWAY. i bought some whole wheat flour. im looking for PIZZA DOUGH recipes, and they all seem to use regular AP with the whole wheat. like putting in half AP and half WW, or maybe a little more AP than WW or vice versa

then of course i found one that was completely WW, but that was 'south beach diet' and that may sound kinda nasty

so any ideas? id like the completely WW one cuz its healthier, but the texture may be all nasty. just bringing it up, in case anyone knew. and if i can ask, id rather than to experiment myself and end up making something tough.. nasty...
