Reminds me of an episode of cops where there was a guy who was freaking out on meth. he knew he and overdosed and was trying to save himself by wrapping the cord of a lamp around his arm. he was sitting around in his tighty whities and had managed to pull it so tight it cut a quarter of an inch into his arm, just above the bicep...
