I don't doubt that there are people who truly need welfare, for one reason or another...Perhaps they really ARE unable to work...BUT...Like I said...In my PERSONAL experience, I have never seen a person on welfare that really needs it...There is an overabundance of jobs here, and the pay is really good...Hell, even our fast food restaurants pay $9.00 an hour, and I think those may be the lowest paying jobs......When Dustin moved here, he was surprised that he found a good job that pays enough to take care of ALL the bills here...He found that job after only a week, and he had a few to choose from.........Maybe I'm just critical of people on welfare HERE, because there really is no excuse not to work...If they were handicapped, I could understand that, but I'm talking about people who are obviously, physically capable of producing kids on a regular basis, as well as shopping and going out while all those kids are at the grandparent's or wherever they can dump them...

Perhaps the people that really DO need help aren't getting it, because only the lowlifes who abuse the system know how to WORK the system in their favor...

I feel bad for people in economically depressed areas who have no resources...But, people HERE piss me off...The worst cases of welfare/food stamp abuse I have ever seen have been in Cincinnati...Maybe it's common in the bigger cities, which is bullshit, because that's usually where all the jobs are...
