i requires an effort .. thats for sure - but it's worth it.
fast food is appealing ... especially if you work and live in the city and have an active life... you spend all your time commuting and getting home tired .. rushing to your and your kids activities ...
fast food is always the easiest choice. and they know it.
They are smart smart people.
Luckily, i actually hate fast food. I have never had a meal that i enjoyed and i always feel like i've been poisoned afterward.
I'm doing everything i can to avoid the shit.
better off making large meals in the house that you can split into portions and freeze for later... for when you dont have the time to cook.
