What kills me are the lawsuits.... "I'm fat because i didnt know it was bad for me..."
What?!?!
The tobacco industry got busted because they knew it was bad and they LIED. The fast food industry never once said "Big macs and tacos are great health food, they contain several food groups in one meal" :D
Im suprised they arent putting warnings on the packaging these days.... "caution: Eating fries too often will make you unhealthy and sexually unappealing"
"Caution: eating greasy, mass-produced cheeseburgers will make your shit comeout like a fountain, and it will burn"

Plus, people tend to look over the availability of "ready to eat" meals, which are often just as bad... loaded with preservatives and fat. or Lean Cuisine.. Low on fat, but has enough sodium and other preservatives to send you into toxic shock....
Dont get me wrong, i love my shit food, more than most people in fact, but most of my meals consist of hand prepared fresh food... Low fat, Low salt, high flavor.
The shame is, many poeple just dont have the time or the inclination to not eat like shit. Plus, i dont know about other countries, but the American work philosophy doesnt allow for a healthy diet or a life of any kind....
Vacation time is given, but you get a look if you want to take it, you get lunches, but they suiggest you work through them....
It's especially bad if you work for a major company... all greed, no heart...
