Anybody that gets more than 25% of their overall sustenance from fast food in this day and age, is a fool.
In regards to fast food, quality, freshness, and nutritional content are that which are exchanged for "convenience", and in turn, this will have a negative effect on your health, even if only by comparison to what your health WOULD be, given a proper diet.
Not good...even worse considering the current state of awareness.
