Moving
I am moving into a town where I know NOBODY.
I'd like some advice on moving. Anything you've got. I have a couch (maybe), I've lived in a small town four four years, now, (since I was fourteen untill now) And now, I'm moving into a pretty big size town, pop. 80,000, and I'm totally clueless.
My mother is crazy. I swear on anything and everything that she is. I can expect no help from her, but I do have a friend that will help me out... provided that I provide him a place to live... (I really cannot tell if that's fucked up or not, we've been friends for awhile, and right now I'm pretty drunk...) I've got seven hundred dollars to start me out, and really cannot afford to fuck up... and if you've noticed ANYTHING about me from the two days I've been here, I'm not the smartest peanut in the turd. I'm just asking for some advice, kay? You don't have to like me, Just notice that I'm a child, and I've got no other choice here...
My friend, is, like me, a stoner. He'll tell me who's O.K. to hang out with, and who isn't. I'm a high school drop out, (yes, evident from the fucking shit I've posted here, but hey, have pity on me, I'm working towards getting my G.E.D....) I was in the foster care system when I turned 18, so I can go to college for free... and the only way I can do so, is by living in the town I plan on moving to...
Yeah. Advice. Anything. I'm worried about this. Really. I'm a pretty mellow person. Nothing bothers me. But this does. What do I do?
If you had No One to depend on, would you invest everything on an apartment in a new town? I do have a friend... but he's homeless... he's fucked up on his own... fuck... anything? Is this a stupid post?
Any input helps...
