I also have one on the tip of my nose. You can only see it if you get really close. I got it from severe sun exposure. The shit got so burnt that it turned into a blister, and eventually drained, and left a wierd looking scar on the middle of my nose. Its a wierd, star shaped scar, and you can only see it if you get right up in my face. here's kinda what it looks like up close
