this is not my bias speaking, but i really think the aliens have to be wiped out, because i think this film is set before the aliens movies, and therefore no aliens could exist on earth, otherwise they would have bred to enormous numbers.
as for the predators, i think they might end up detonating themselves. this could happen if they are too badly outnumbered by aliens, (they underestimated the amount of aliens that would be there when they came to hunt, and since they are doomed anyway they selfdestruct to destroy the aliens). or maybe some preds could survive and the humans could find a way to make them leave...i do recall something in an AVP comic i read AGES ago about the humans stealing secrets off the preds and using it to force the preds to leave.
so IMO it would be a draw, or the preds win, but have to leave :)
