and alkytrio666, saw was the greatest movie i have ever seen... it was friggin awsome, the ending was the best i've ever seen in ANY movie, not just horror. And you know when he sawed off his foot, and when the detective got his head blown off, and even the blood on the floor, so how was it not gory? And you have to admit being trapped in a room, or having some crazy contraption on your head, having to find a key in a LIVING person's gut is scary... it was an awsome movie
D.A.- You do make some good points, those were effective scenes...I guess I just didn't like the movie that much, but I respect it looking back and thinking because the idea's pretty grizzly and original.

And about Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I completely 100% agree with you...the new one just didn't do it for me at all, I just felt kind of sad they were remaking the original because I loved the original so damn much. But I actually really liked the sledgehammer hit in the original. I thought it was effective enough, and don't you love the way he just twitches on the ground for a second...*evil grin*
