don't have that here, the usual thing is the receive a 'Producer' from a cop if you get pulled over. They'll take down your registration, name and address and sometimes check over the car via a massive database back at control, to see whether you are the legit owner etc. Then the 'Producer' thing will require you to visit the nearest police station to where you live and
produce your valid drivers licence, insurance and any other documentation they requested, when you got pulled, within 7 or 14 days. If you don't show then I guess they take further action and prosecute.
