the knee .. repetative impact from all the jumping. I play centre position all the time in the frount so i'm constantly jumping - blocking and hitting.

Because i'm one of the better blockers i get hit in the hands a lot by guys who have over a 3 foot verticle - and they hit like locomotives .. most of the time my hands are all taped up.

my shoulder .. i ripped it years ago throwing a baseball too hard without warming up .. i've played baseball every summer and volleyball year round for years .. aggravating the same spot - never a break.

my back was actually throwing snow up and sideways a few too many times.

yep, shovelling snow is a sport in canada..
I figured you just played volleyball for fun, If you play any sport competitively for awhile then you're going to come away with a few(if not more) broken down parts. I've broke my wrist and fracture my forearm and knee(all in one F'n play). Ever since then those same places have been aggravated over and over and probably wouldn't have lasted long if I'd have played college ball.
