Jason has the highest body count, also he seems pretty much invulnerable, I'm not sure I like that about him though.

Pinhead is ruthless, therefore he is great.
Hannibal Lector MD, is classy, and the his motive for killing is also another reason why I like him. He kills the rude to free the planet of discourtious people.
