I love Trent Reznor. Not necesarrily what would classically called a good singing voice, but he isnt bad, and it is perfect for the music he makes.
I am actually a big fan of music where talented vocals arent too terribly important:
Underworld
Chemical Brothers
The Prodigy
Come to think of it, the English make some fucking great music, dont they? :)
