Uhhh... It actually does sound like Thriller. I can't imagine anyone being too scared to watch it, but I suppose it was directed by Romero...
If it's not Michael Jackson's Thriller, then I don't have any idea... And I think I've seen just about every zombie movie here is to see. lol.
