Well you should, despite that (or maybe because) this has nothing to do with Zarchi's film except for the derived title.
Eric Stanze's films released under the Sub Rosa Extreme label are very interesting -
I Spit on Your Corpse, I Piss on Your Grave is rather more gratuitous and outright exploitive than his earlier, awesome,
Scrapbook, but there's plenty to keep you occupied here including shit-eating and a startling genuine broom-handle-masturbation scene.
