I love dhis joke about the Drought in LA.
"LA had a drought. Then it rained for days, but it flooded. Didnt do a damn thing for the drought.

I'm pretty sure if you have a drought, the answer to your problem is water... it's not liek Dow chemical is out there making an anti-drought spray.
If you have a drought and water doesnt fix it..... You're screwed.."
