After seeing a lot of praises for this movie, I purchased it. I was expecting a lot more from this movie, but I was disappointed by it somewhat. "Suspiria" is a work of art. The use of colours, the photography, the soundtrack... all these things make the movie a masterpiece. I didn't find the plot so bad, but it is certainly not the major point of the movie. I don't think u can compare "Suspiria" with "Saw" and "Dog Soldier". I loved them both, but they are a different thing... very "enterteining", but not at the same level if u consider visual and sound aspects. "The Shining" is a masterpiece, nothing to say ;)." Donnie Darko" is a bit overvalued in my own view.... but I didn't see it in english and many people say that the translation into Italian really sucks :(.
